it's a seersucker day...

and i wish i was in the mountains

(like i was a couple weeks ago)

sipping mint juleps and laying on blankets

with good company.

ps. the word seersucker came into English from Hindi

meaning 'milk and sugar.' ... isn't that sweet!

you lucky man

i really got into van morrison yesterday
and it got me to thinking about
my friend's little baby boy
and how lucky he is to be called by
the same name.
this is the baby shower invite i designed for his mama.
